6.10. Appearance settings

AnyCam allows customizing the visual appearance of camera titles and labels across different viewing modes.

Accessing appearance settings

Open the Application Settings panel by clicking the gear icon in the title bar, then navigate to the Appearance tab:

Camera thumbnail titles

These settings control the appearance of camera names displayed on thumbnails in Video Wall, One-to-Many, and Constructor modes:

  • Font — select the font family for camera titles

  • Size — choose the font size (8 to 48 points)

  • Bold — toggle bold text

  • Italic — toggle italic text

  • Color — select the text color using the color picker

Live view titles

These settings control the appearance of camera names displayed in Single Camera mode:

  • Font — select the font family for the camera title overlay

  • Size — choose the font size (8 to 48 points)

  • Bold — toggle bold text

  • Italic — toggle italic text

  • Color — select the text color using the color picker

Video wall options

On the Main Screen tab, additional display options are available:

  • Slideshow delay — set the duration (1–600 seconds) for each camera in Slideshow mode

  • Automatically calculate tile size — when enabled, the application automatically determines optimal tile dimensions for Video Wall and One-to-Many modes

  • Tile width / Tile height — manually specify tile dimensions in pixels (100–2000) when automatic calculation is disabled

  • Deny image stretching — prevents camera images from being stretched to fill tile boundaries

  • Maintain proportions — preserves the original aspect ratio of camera images
